The WPT group started out as a small retail firm, established in 1990 in Porto.

In 1996 the WPT group moved its head offices to the Lisbon area and began running its first tennis club, in Massamá.

By 1998 WPT was operating a total of four tennis schools, located in Massamá, Belas, Ericeira and Mafra. WPT currently operates schools in Belas, Mafra and Ericeira.

In the year 2000 the firm began to expand its sales department, remaining specialised in the area of tennis.

17 years on, tennis continues to be WPT's main focus and the firm is the distributor for Fischer, Gamma, Oncourt-Offcourt, Signum Pro and TTK products. The group continues to broaden its product range and currently also distributes well-known brand products for other sports and activities. Come see for yourself under "Products".
